Port Kembla - Current Capacity 20 MT

Port Kembla Terminal – 20MT

Current Coal Port Capacity in NSW – 231 MT and with future expansion of the PWCS T4 terminal the capacity is expected to be – 351 MT

Port of Abbot Point - Current Capacity 50 MT

T1 Terminal – 50 MT

Major expansion plans are underway as per below by adding terminals to the port
T0 Terminal – 70 MT (Further expansion to bring the capacity of T1 Terminal to be 120MT)
T2 Terminal – 60 MT
T3 Terminal – 60 MT
AP-X Project – Expression of interest awaited from market participants to determine the capacity

Port of Hay Point - Current Capacity 140 MT

DBCT (Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal) – 85 MT

Haypoint Coal Terminal – 55 MT

(it is a single user terminal owned and managed by BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance BMA)

Future expansion plans are underway for increase in capacity with introduction of Dudgeon Point Coal Terminal with an estimated coal throughput capacity of up to 180 MT.

Port of Gladstone - Current Capacity 95 MT

R.G. Tanna Coal Terminal – 75 MT

Future plans are been considered to add an extra berth to the existing terminal by increasing the capacity to the range of 90-100 MT

Barney Point Coal Terminal – up to 20 MT
( With operations commencing at WICET (Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal)

this terminal will cease export of coal which is expected in the year 2014/2015)

Port of Brisbane - Current Capacity 10 MT

Brisbane Coal Terminal – 10MT

Total Current coal export capacity in QLD – 295 MT. With all the future expansion plans if executed, the capacity would increase to a massive 780 MT
