Sandeep Boob
Director and Chief Executive Officer

Sandeep is the dynamic founder of Global Ace Pty. Ltd, with Masters degree in Business Systems (Monash, 2003). He provides the vision that drives the  growth for all venture partners and with numerous years experience in global coal markets, and foreign trade expertise, his main role is the procurement and expansion of numerous coal related projects. His vast network caters for expansive investment opportunities for overseas entities wanting to enter coal markets in Australia and abroad. His strong exposure of end to end coal projects, from set up to trade sales ensures success.

Russell Anderson
Chief Operating Officer

Russell Anderson brings over 40 years experience in the removal, agglomeration and processing of fine and coarse reject materials and tailing dam rehabilitation to Global Ace. He has received several industry awards, and is the co- author of a paper which was presented at the 2002 International Coal Conference in London. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer of Global Ace Pty. Ltd, Russell was the Managing Director of Bouldercombe Brickworks and Yarraboldy Briquette Company Pty. Ltd which was the only successful commercial operator of a black coal briquette facility in Australia, using its own patented binding technology.

Ray Slater
Senior Geologist and Environmental Consultant

Ray Slater is an experienced geologist with a BSc degree (Hons) in Geology (ANU, 1980) and a Graduate Diploma majoring in Mineral Economics (Macquarie, 1988). He has >33 years professional experience in exploration and mining, principally in the coal industry, and hands-on experience in project generation, exploration and development through to commissioning and production. Ray has worked on a variety of coal exploration, development and mining projects in eastern Australia, and in New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia across Government, private industry, as an independent contract geologist, and with recognised consulting companies. Ray is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, and qualifies as a ‘Competent Person’ under the Joint Ore Reserve Committee guidelines for the calculation and reporting of coal resources and reserves.

Manish Gupta
Chief Financial Officer

Manish is a chartered accountant and has over 15 years accounting, taxation and commercial advisory experience working within the public and private sectors. He has been a trusted advisory to many successful businesses. Manish manages accounting, taxation, secretarial and financial advisory services within our organisation.

Michael Slunsky
Legal and Regulatory Head

Michael has many years of experience negotiating and coordinating the regulatory and environmental compliance standards required for coal projects on a large scale. His governmental and mining contacts ensure all ventures involve the correct skill sets, with full compliance and risk management. Michael ensures all contractual and legal representation for ventures, projects, and investments are secure for all Parties.
